Ally Tice is a yoga instructor and Harmony native. She received her 200-hour certification through the Broad Street Yoga school in Grove City, Pennsylvania. She works as an engineer, and has firsthand seen how a commitment to yoga and wellness can transform every aspect of life. She enjoys teaching all types of yoga, and personally practices Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Ally enjoys a modern soundtrack during her classes and likes to safely push her students out of their comfort zones to help them develop a strong body and strong mind. Ally’s favorite part of yoga is the power of the practice to quiet the mind. She believes yoga is a lifelong practice where the goal is no specific pose or practice, but rather a journey where you break down your beliefs of what your body can and cannot do. Ally is passionate about healthy living through a plant-based diet, meditation and mindfulness, and physical activity, and encourages all of her students to find a source of wellness that works for their unique body and mind.
