Level 1 Yoga Class with Alison Schuster
An awesome class for beginners and those wanting to hold poses a little longer. We will focus on strength, balance, and flexibility in a traditional vinyasa and hatha style class. This class is a great way to learn alignment and control while incorporating breath techniques to encourage physical and mental well-being.
