Group Fitness and Strength Training
Class format based on basic self defense moves. Step aerobic bench optional for more intense workout. Beginners may do class with out bench till they progress. Non dancy athletic moves done to music. Kick box moves such as jab punches, and kicks for a beginner to intermediate class level.Strength training with weights, xertubes and balls for lower body conditioning. Floor work to involve abs,glute,and leg work.This is a great core body workout that has been proven to work for strength and work loss.
All ages and walk ins welcome. Coed and all levels $5 at the door.
