Shar’s Bodies in Time: Monday Night Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until 10/26/2020
Monday Night Fitness Classes:
September 28 through October 26.
Sharmane McCoy will be offering a beginner class at The Center. The focus will be on self defense , cardio, and strength training. Classes will be held on Monday nights until October 26th, when Alison’s Monday Night Yoga class will return.
20/20/20 Kickbox, step bench, strength training. Xertubes and weights benches can be supplied. Please bring your own 1-3 lb weights to start.

Teens with adults $5/class
Sanitizer, Temperature sensor and cleaning supplies are available. If you are not feeling well, or suggest you’ve been in contact with someone who is sick, please stay home. There is plenty of space to spread out and maintain appropriate social distancing. Masks should be worn when entering and exiting the building.
