Relax, Rejuvenate and Restore – Special 6 week Yoga Practice with Nancy

Are you currently living in a body that is tight, tired and achy?
Ready to start 2020 of right?
This class will give you the knowledge and tools you need to work with your body and control your destiny. Join us for this 6 week class in which we combine Gentle Yoga postures with self massage techniques using the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls. These balls and their grippy surface will help you get into little nooks and crannies to help release pain, stress and tension that has built up due to living life. No experience necessary. Bring a mat – we provide the balls and blocks.
