We all know that it’s cold and we overeat during the Holiday Season. Would you like to learn how to stay warm in the cold? What about some yoga poses for indigestion? I may even have some healthy recipes and health suggestions for ya! Make sure this winter is a healthy one by learning some healthy holiday habits!…And try to say “healthy holiday habits” three times fast! 🙂
In this 6 week yoga course we will be focusing on warming up the body and increasing circulation for the coming winter. You will also learn poses that detox the body and tone the digestive system for the Holiday Season. No prior yoga experience is required, this course is open to all experience levels.
Dana is a certified yoga instructor who specializes in private sessions and small group classes. She also teaches stress management, nutrition, and practices energy work. After running and a lot of cross training in high school left her with painful knee and ankle issues in her early 20’s, she found yoga. At first, it just seemed like a new and different thing to do, but after a short while she noticed a significant reduction in joint pain. Dana also noticed that there weren’t only physical benefits but that she also felt calmer and more focused, which she never got from running or going to the gym. Want to try it out?
