Through her background as a Registered Nurse, her trainings are grounded in scientific evidence. In addition her many years as a Marriage & Family Therapist and Addiction’s Counselor gave her much experience in applying and educating her clients about emotional intelligence in their personal and professional lives.
Having a tendency herself to live on autopilot, she walks the walk of living mindfully and embracing all aspects of life – the highs with the lows. Her programs equip participants with practical tools needed to make smart decisions under pressure and stay focused on what counts.
