HypnoYoga: A Blend of Yoga and Hypnotherapy for Relaxation

Would you like to learn how to bring yourself out of “fight or flight mode” instantly?
Do you just need to relax?
In this 2 hour workshop the practices of yoga and hypnotherapy will be combined into an immensely relaxing experience in stress reduction and regulation. We’ll begin with a brief discussion about the body responds to stress and how to deal with stress in a healthy way. Then we’ll begin the process of relaxation with a slow and restorative yoga class followed by a sweet savasana (guided relaxation). Following savasana we will be taken through a hypnotherapy session focusing on relaxation techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life.
Taught by Dana Lowers and Lisa Bartholomew.
Dana Lowers is a registered RYT-200 Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. She specializes in working one-on-one with her clients in stress reduction and relaxation.
Lisa Bartholomew is a certified Hypnotherapist. She has experience with varies issues including smoking cessation, weight loss, and stress reduction.
