Meditation in Motion
All ages welcome! “Meditation in Motion” is designed for everyone. It will give your mind a rest and your body will thank you. During class we will do some light stretching, learn a few tricks, flow and much more. Not only is hula hooping fun, but it has some great health benefits as well! It improves flexibility, balance, motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. After a long day, hula hooping offers a rejuvenating workout that can help realign our bodies.
