After Work Wind Down

A 4 week yoga course designed to help you de-stress and decompress after a long day. Class will start out with more active movement and stretches and end slow and relaxing with some inverted poses and slow, deep breath work. Drop Ins are welcomenfor $15 if the class does not sell out!
