This class is a great way to learn alignment and control while incorporating breath techniques to encourage physical and mental well-being.

A union of breath and movement in a dynamic vinyasa flow class. Students focus on alignment, strength, and flexibility in a variety of poses with options to challenge themselves and enhance their practice. A great class to invigorate the body, heart, and mind in a traditional practice with modern style.

I truly believe that everyone can do yoga. Everyone will look different, but everyone can do it. These classes are great for beginners through intermediate students. Men, women, older, younger, smaller, larger – Every Body can do it!

Message from Alison & Nancy:

I can’t wait to start classes at Center of Harmony! We have a little longer to wait, but we are hopefully getting close! As you start to prepare to return to class, I thought it might help to provide a few planning items. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use with you to class. We will not initially offer mats or props due to COVID-19 safety guidelines. I will have disinfectant and hand sanitizer on hand for you to use. We will maintain a six feet apart spread of the mats and keep the class size under 25 to first come, first served.

Zen Meditation: Returning July 6th

The health and safety of our ZCP Sangha members and community is our top priority. Here are some ways to keep us all safe while still being able to practice together:

  • Service, Dharma talk, etc. will be offered outdoors as much as possible (weather permitting)
    • Maintain distancing while moving about
    • No hugs, handshakes, or sharing of food
    • Cover mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing
    • Stay home if feeling unwell
    • Wait two weeks to join us if you have been around a sick person, or traveled

Harmony Drum and Dance CircleThe Harmony Drum and Dance Circle: July 9th

The first Drum and Dance Circle will be back in July.  Due the 4th of July Celebrations, we will hold it on the 2nd Thursday July 9th.   You are encouraged to bring your own drum, if available.  If you are new or need a drum, no worries!!!!  Just show up a few minutes early to get one.   The Drums will be available in Pat’s vehicle in the parking lot.   We will bring up only what is needed.

Final Thoughts about Reopening Safely

We have created a safe, consideration, thoughtful and open community.  It is each of our personal choice and responsibility to care for ourselves and our community members.  Please exercise discretion and respect during the transition back to the regular schedule.    The Center of Harmony believes and supports the classes that promote health, wellness and personal development.  We are all excited to get back to that!

Thank you!
