Not only do they provide energy and endurance, but they also help to prevent the body from breaking down thereby creating disease-friendly conditions. In this class you will learn about a variety of delicious foods that are used naturally and efficiently by the body, and why it is important to add them to your diet. There will be preparation demonstrations of some of Jeanie’s favorite recipes, and best of all, you get to taste them!
