Green Tip: Roasted Kale Crisps- A Green Snack, easy, fast and good for you!

Ok, splash on some patchouli, light some incense and get in touch with your inner hippie!  This is a great recipe I stumbled across looking for a light health snack.   Don’t be scared or the greens!

Roasted Kale Crisps;      All you need is some Kale, Olive Oil, Salt and a baking tray or disk.

1) Remove the leafy section from the heavy stalk (compose the stalks) chop up the leafy part to about 1″ x 1″ sections. Dry well

2) Lightly, ( as in a drizzle, sprintz, hint , get the picture?) apply some Olive Oil and toss throughly.   Sprinkle a pinch of salt for flavor.

3) Place on baking sheet or dish ,  bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes ,

4) Place Kale Crisps on paper towel to dry ( You should not have much oil if you did it “lightly” )
