Great Progress for the Opera Hall and Community Center.

It was a big week this week on the 2nd floor. We got all new, high efficiency low-E windows, R-30 Fire-rated insulation and two 120K BTU Furnaces.    I am now a strong proponent of proper insulation.   This space is warm, on the verge of hot, just from the heat coming from the fist floor furnaces.    What difference!

(center – starting work 2 weeks ago) Cleaned up existing wiring, starting the drywall.
(right – almost done )  HVAC installed, Drywall mudded, insulation it and all new windows.
