We’ll begin with a lite hike in the quaint village of Harmony. We will
then visit the former opera house built in the 1880s that has recently
been renovated and is now known as the Center of Harmony. There will be a Beginner Yoga session in the Opera Hall. This activity will conclude with a tour of the Center and its shops which share a focus on mind, body and community. Bring your own mat.
