As the seasons change, I’m finding myself feeling stiffer and more tired. It’s darker, colder and I know that it’s going to get worse before it gets better. While I LOVE the diversity of the seasons (fall & winter means sweaters! and pumpkins!), I also find myself feeling heavier and depleted as fall arrives — ready for hibernation. If a yoga class could be described as comfy and cozy this would be it! Restorative yoga helps to relieve deep-muscle tension from either too much or too little activity during the day so that the nerves can relax. There will be a brief Q&A included in this class so we may go until 1pm. Handouts and hot tea will be provided.
All experience levels are welcome. Wear warm, comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and socks. Props are provided as well as mats, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.
